The monitor arm is particularly smooth-running thanks to the integrated gas pressure spring. You can adjust the viewing height within a range of 265 mm to 465 mm. This gives you an ergonomic sitting position. The versatile monitor holder from my wall also impresses with its numerous adjustment options: Tilt the screens by + / - 45°, turn them sideways by 180° and rotate them horizontally by 360° to find the optimum viewing angle. And the best thing is that you can move all three arms separately.
